Coaching using the Silva Method
This is for anyone, whether you have taken the Silva Method class(es) or not.
For Silva Method Graduates
Sessions will help you to clarify precisely how to apply any of the techniques to achieve a particular goal.
Advanced techniques may be used to help you overcome any limiting blocks you may have.
For non-Silva graduates
If any of the techniques will help you achieve what you desire to have, do or be then I will teach it to you. I may also use some of the advanced techniques to help you ‘adjust’ any bad things from your past or to help you re-frame a situation to make it work for you.
Private Silva Method classes
I am available to teach a class to an individual or two on a special needs basis.
