Here is generally what happens:
Welcoming and discussion about energies and the human system
Talk about the crystal bowls and what can be expected.
Do an Intuitively-Guided Crystal Bowl Awakening Journey - these are based on the energies of the people present.
When done, do some kind of Intuitive Play such as Healing, Psychometry, Paired Intuition about Goals, etc...
Brief recap of how the brain works in all this and how to direct it
I will offer the Deeksha Oneness Blessings to those who want it - and I always invite others who give these blessings to attend. These blessings provide an energy of grace and when you receive multiples of them the effects increase greatly.
