I began coaching someone a couple of months ago who just became licensed in her new career as a particular type of wellness practitioner. She was making a small income and it was not enough. In just two sessions we doubled this income which was still in the 3 digits. And now two months later, last week she made it into 4 digits and made more than six to seven times what she was making that first week we began. And this week is still in the 4 digits and is about 5 times that first week’s income.
Coaching is a great process where the coach has to have the awareness, experience and perception to be able to identify the crux of any “stuckness” that is occurring in the client’s life. This is where my apprenticing, training, licensing in four major organizations plus my years of experience helps me to stand out in my effectiveness.
Generalizations of what is working with this client and stuckness that has been overcome.
First it is necessary to craft realistic, belief-stretching, specific goals. Then I worked with her to understand and learn the best practices for focusing her mind to retrain her brain. Stuckness includes people at times not wanting to do the daily best practices. This is another skill to help the person find enough imagined benefit and inspiration to do what it takes. Another hurdle was self image of always being taken care of by a man and/or dad. This took another more holistic skill, to identify and claim a new self identity. To construct your chosen identity is to craft specific interactions, feelings and constructs in life, like writing your own script. Then assist her in making changes to start receiving and allowing this in to her life.
In one session we did a procedure to clear and released unwanted energies and thought forms that were hanging around. In another session we tested for the top 18 beliefs that support success. I did a procedure that helped her to correct the beliefs that were not supportive. Then as a bonus she created a belief that would be for her having a romantic relationship. We did a procedure to anchor in this new belief for her.
At a couple of points along the way she had to deal with belief in herself and whether anything was ever going to change. When someone is feeling that way about them self then there is a great deal of mental stress that is distorting the perception of what they see in the person in the mirror. Once the mental stress, i.e. doubt, is handled then the person can be shown what is working in the process which then re-lights the pilot light of hope...
