Lamar Irwin is an experienced trainer, teacher and group leader having held trainings and led groups in California, Colorado and Texas since 1988. He has created a Directed Fluid Framework™ approach to training by synthesizing cutting edge with known multidisciplinary training methods. He uses various training options including experiential education, video feedback, inner-genius coaching, emotional, spiritual and mind-body techniques.
Lamar provides many services and classes including seminars, private sessions, business coaching, changing limiting beliefs and visioning. He works with individuals, corporations, companies, groups, entrepreneurs and individuals. He creates courses customized to your company or group goals.
Lamar is a dynamically learning and growing individual. With his beginning in a small farm town in southeast Texas he has continued to strive for and evolve into a well-balanced and insightful guide for a fulfilling life. Lamar is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. With that he lived for five years overseas working for a multinational French corporation; living and traveling internationally was the fulfillment of a childhood vision and a MIND-expanding journey.
He first took the world-renowned Silva Method in 1982 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This sparked a deeper desire to know much more about life and to understand the many facets of who we are from a regular, sort-of, guy’s perspective. Recognizing that call to become a teacher, he has been gaining his ‘Life degree’ for over 25 years and has learned and apprenticed with three major training organizations. The first was a mostly experiential educational system with an Eastern guru mysticism twist which worked on the connection to our soul, our internal depths, the release of harmful emotions and tools to focus one’s life. The second is a New Thought Spiritual Educational system with its focus as All-Oneness. This is where his license to be a Spiritual Counselor, RScP, is maintained. The third was a video feedback system that assists with helping people tap into their inner genius. Then he became a Certified Silva Method Instructor, CSMI.
In this educational diversity he has learned to utilize several training methods and class scenarios to achieve course goals. Lamar learned the fundamentals of the normal training topics and many stimulating one. Examples include Communication, Sales, Relationships (self, personal and with areas of life), New Science mixed with Metaphysics Goal Setting and Creating, Life-Focusing, Visioning Process for individuals and organizations, Direction through Vision and Mission setting along with other fundamental life topics. With this he synthesizes new trainings that are applicable to groups and society.
Concurrently with this education he has worked in Corporate Technical Sales for Halliburton Energy Services, a Fortune 50 company, and as a Project Manager for a semiconductor-processing house in Austin, Texas. He has been building and running a computer consulting firm with a focus of Providing Technology Solutoins & Peace of Mind.
By training with different organizations while working for small business and large corporations and then as an entrepreneur, Lamar has honed his experiences, observations and skills into a uniquely effective training system.
